Download the Windows 11 iso from here:

Open VMware Player and click “Create a New Virtual Machine”
Click “Installer disc image file (iso)”, then browse to where you downloaded the Windows iso and select it. Click Next.
Name the VM “cloudbreach-windows” and click Next.
The next page will ask you to create an encryption password. Select “Only the files needed to support a TPM are encrypted”, then set a password (minimum 8 chars) that you will remember. Leave “Remember the password on this machine in Credential Manager” selected. Click Next.
You can leave the maximum disk size at 64 GB or feel free to increase it as you want. Click Next.
Click Finish
With the option “Power on this virtual machine after creation” selected the machine should boot the system automatically. When you see “Press any key to boot from CD or DVD…” press any key to boot to the Windows install menu. If you miss it just restart the VM and you can attempt to boot from CD again.
